The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the heart of town. The check-in and check-out process was excellent, allowing us to easily use the check-in machine. The queen-size bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard not to fall asleep immediately. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by contacting us when we forgot our iPad in the room. The hotel also provided a fruit-flavored salt bath in the lobby, a unique and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel's location, just a short walk away from the subway station and many of Tenjin's main attractions. The room was spotless, with excellent facilities and very helpful staff. We especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries, which saved us space in our luggage, and the fact that they change the towels every day.

You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and can easily get around town. the staff is friendly and helpful, and will help you to navigate the area. You can also leave your luggage in the hotel, making it easy to explore the city before check-in time.

Location and cleanliness were the best aspects of this hotel. the hotel was located in a very lively area, where everything was nearby. the subway was just a couple of minutes away which made things easy, and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants in the vicinity. the hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which I found very impressive.
The room was too small and cramped, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. the bathroom was also too small, and the wifi was only available in the lobby area which was frustrating.

Great location, close to everything. The subway station was only a few minutes walk away. Lots of shopping stores and plenty of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. there were free toiletries include such as toothbrushes and shampoo.
The room was extremely small and cramped. It was difficult to move around the room, and there was barely any space to keep our luggage.
